Our Customer Feedback form 2023 is anonymous however you have to option to provide personal details throughout the survey (email address, telephone number)
Any personal data we collect during this survey will be used to:
– Contact you about opportunities to help within the organisation (Volunteering, Crowdfunding etc…)
– To contact you about special community offers (free tickets to events from other organisations, theatre, football etc. Food parcels, community dinners etc)
– To be signed up for our mailing list.
We will store these within our personal Kitty’s Google Drive within a password-protected folder that can only be accessed by the relevant members of the team (Administrator, Events Coordinator)
