Our popular Service Wash is the convenient and affordable way to get your laundry done! Simply drop off your washing at the launderette, and our workers will wash, dry, fold and bag your items for you, ready to collect.
Pressing for domestic items such as clothes and bedding is available for an additional fee per item.

Eco Dry-cleaning
Kitty's Launderette uses WetCare, the professional cleaning system developed by Miele and Kreussler, providing effective garment cleaning using water and biodegradable detergents.
Conventional dry cleaning methods use hazardous chemicals which can cause respiratory problems and cancer for workers. They also contribute to air pollution and water contamination.
WetCare is the next stage in professional dry cleaning, using biodegradable detergents and water in a gentle, low-heat cycle to clean garments, ensuring safe working conditions for our workers and helping to protect our planet.

Kitty’s Launderette is a not-for-profit cooperative run by local residents, providing affordable laundry services and a friendly social space in the community. We take pride in the standard of our work – we are the highest rated launderette in Merseyside on Google, with over 100 reviews.
We provide for a range of commercial businesses, including bedding and towels for hotels and AirBnBs, catering linens for restaurants and hospitality clients, towels and gowns for hairdressers, beauty salons and spas, as well as kit services for local football teams.
Kitty’s Launderette is now offering laundry delivery services for commercial businesses across Liverpool, operating on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Kitty's Launderette provides laundry and ironing services for a range of businesses across Liverpool, including hotels and Airbnbs, restaurants and catering, beauty salons and spas, as well as kit services for local football teams.
Some of our regular customers include the LFC Foundation, Everton in the Community, The Bagelry, The Climbing Hangar, Ropes and Twines and more.
In 2023, Kitty's was chosen as the laundry service provider for BBC's Eurovision production team, for our outstanding commitment to sustainability and our local community.

Self Service
Our launderette is first and foremost a place for people to sit and do their laundry in a warm and welcoming place. We are committed to keeping the prices as low as possible, whilst also allowing public access to high quality washers and driers.
Our friendly staff will always be there to help you work the machines and provide you with a cuppa during your visit. We are proud to be the UK’s friendliest launderette - we look forward to seeing you soon!

Events
Our customers already know we are much more than just a launderette and dry cleaners - we also host events, workshops for families and kids, film nights, music nights and whatever else we can fit into our space!
We also have knitting club every Monday and a tea & toast morning every Tuesday, from 10am - 12pm. Both are completely free and open to all.
Alterations
Due to popular demand in 2023, we launched our repairs and alteration services, in partnership with local seamstress Kay Case.
Simply drop off your items at Kitty’s by 12pm on Monday, and Kay will collect, repair and return them on the following Monday.
Please note, the alteration service is a separate business to Kitty’s, and payments have to be taken in cash. For any questions please contact Kay directly.
Free Washing Scheme
Kitty's Launderette works with local organisations to provide free washing vouchers for people in our community who do not have access to affordable laundry facilities.
We work closely with organisations such as Shelter, New Beginning Improving Lives, BNENC, Everton and Anfield Children's Centres and the Whitechapel Centre, who can identify and refer service users that may benefit from our voucher scheme.
If you require free laundry facilities please contact your local community organisation and get referred, or come in and speak to our team.
