Kitty’s Launderette offers an ecological alternative to Dry Cleaning. We have invested into a market-leading technology by Miele called Wetcare.
Our ‘Ecological Dry Cleaning’ process uses state of the art equiptment to provide professional results when cleaning your especially delicate garments. It uses water, along with specifically designed detergents and fabric conditioners to thoroughly clean items with the utmost care, ensuring their long lifespan.
Not only can Wetcare provide better results than traditional dry cleaning, but it is an environmentally friendly process that will not only look after your clothes but also your health. Traditional Dry Cleaning uses chemicals such as trichloroethylene or perchloroethylene, these are suspected carcinogens as well as air pollutants.

ECO DRY CLEANING TERMS OF SERVICE
-You must leave a full contact name and phone number with all Eco Dry Cleaning for us to contact you with any questions or to instruct it is ready for collection.
-Items must be showen to Kitty’s Launderette team member for inspection when dropped off and any existing damage, missing buttons etc pointed out and noted on ticket.
-Please check the ticket order, as count and description is final.
-If you believe the depreciated value of your garment/item exceeds 10 times our service charge, please declare the value. In which case the garment/item will be serviced at 1/10th of the declared value of the item.
-We will require a completed and signed Customer Consent Form to authorise the processing of any item that we consider a risk. We also request this form to be completed for processing – curtains, rugs, wedding/ beaded/evening dresses, and or other household or non-clothing items.
-We will endevour to meet your desired turn around time but our capacity varies depending on what work is already in the que. A Kitty’s Launderette team member will advise on the turn around time upon drop off. You may pay an additional express charge to guardenttee 24hr turn around if offer by Kitty’s Launderette team members.
-Items must be collected at the stated return date/time, if you are unable to do so you must contact us to agree a new collection date and time. We have limited space in KL for storage and we appreciate your quick collection.
-All Eco Dry Cleaning must be paid for in full on collection and before any more can be dropped off.
-You must check your Eco Dry Cleaned items before you leave to ensure they are as you expected, as we accept no liability for items once you have left the launderette
-Eco Dry Cleaning left at Kitty’s Launderette for more then 3 months will be donated to a local charity.
